Please heal my heart
At some point it has
been torn apart.
My heart is like an
open stream of love
given, forgiveness
and empathy unseen.
I believe in love of
the universal kind.
Not just belonging to
one person in mind.
I breathe in this heart
prayer and I want to
trust once again.
I do not believe
that one person
holds the key.
My heart belongs to
me, but stays open
and free.

Her Skin -
The skin shes in.
She feels comfortable in.
Smooth like a dolphins fin.
She lays in a hot bath
with her mind wide open
to all the possibilities inside.
Water runs over her, caressing her mind.
She gently traces a star on her inner thigh,
her mind exploding inside.
Drowning in deep sensual desire,
her soul is set on fire.

I am divinely open to love -
I feel sweetly divinely open to love.
Precious thoughts mirroring my dreams come to mind.
I love the idea of fun light sweet friendly love.
A turn for the better.
Fall comes quickly and brings on a chance to bond and even better,
wear that favorite sweater.
I believe in the kindness of others,
the endearing quality of love that means to care about another.
Care about you, that is true. Self love is where it's at,
put your needs first and never look back.

Gives much food for thought on women, their lives and how intimacy plays a role or doesn't. This book shines much light on a lack of satisfaction in women's sexual lives. Bottom line is this book brings to life many obstacles perceived to be in the way of having a truly rewarding sex life. While reading this book, I thought of the anatomy of intimacy or lack thereof in ones life.
