My Intuitive Body -
So basically I tried out
grabbing a handful of
different vitamins.
Then intuitively I chose
two a day that I felt I
needed.
So I realized how good
I felt Monday.
I went back to check which
vitamins I chose without
knowing what they were,
but feeling I needed it.
The two vitamins I had
intuitively chosen that day
were B complex and a
bee pollen vitamin.
I love trying a different
approach!
