Peel away the layers - 

I stand firmly rooted

in understanding of the

emotions I have been 

feeling.

I released deep long 

held conclusions that

I have believed were 

real.

I am feeling open 

and bare like a banana

without a peel.

I am feeling momentum to 

work hard at something

real that I feel will be 

practical, solid, and 

almost surreal.

Reality strikes - 

Do not take advantage of 
your freedom.
Use your freedom well
Trust in your chance to fail
In the end all is well
Get up again and try once more
When opportunity knocks,
open the door.
Reality finds you here, ready 
to walk through the fear.
Bring in the energy source 
that you hold dear. 
Because when reality strikes,
you will be ready to take 
flight.
