tranquility and peace.

healing benefits of trees.

I used to label and judge
and seek love like a drug.
Releasing the need is 
the hardest indeed.
I love space to listen
closely to my heart
beating inside. 
I close my eyes and 
enjoy my silent guide.
What feels so good,
is to release the need
to people please. 
And now I set my heart 
free to fufill my own needs.
